LOCKWOOD FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
NOTICE OF FOUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS VACANCIES

If you are interested in being elected to a Board Director position, please submit a Candidate Filing Document to the Amador County Election Office no later than August 9th, 2024.

Board member candidates shall be registered voters residing within the district. A district map can be viewed or downloaded here.
Board member terms are for four years. These are volunteer positions and generally require 4 to 12 hours per month. The Board meets once a month on the 4th Monday at 6:00 PM. The meetings usually last 1 to 2 hours. Robert's Rules of Order and the Brown Act govern and regulate our meetings.

Candidates must complete Candidate Filing Documents paperwork with Amador County Elections Department no later than August 9th, 2024. Documents are available on the Amador County Elections Office's website here.
